[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Monthly Market Report is out for March 2020. In Contra Costa county, we are seeing lower inventory and a lower volume of home sales. However the median price for a single family home is up over 10% comparing the Monthly Market Report of March 2020 to March 2019. Despite the logistical difficulties related to the shelter-in-place we saw 10 properties within Danville and San Ramon sell last week.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

As always, we are available for video consultations, “virtual” home tours, paperless transactions, and more. With the Shelter in Place order, we are deemed an essential business but can only show vacant homes at this time.
