Meet Jennifer

Originally from Singapore, Jennifer Misuta lived in many cities within the U.S. and internationally before settling in Danville, California, in November 2019. She holds a degree from the University of California, Davis.

 

As a seasoned real estate professional with over 10 years of experience, Jennifer recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her, and she endeavors to exceed their expectations. More than 70% of her business is based on referrals from satisfied clients. It is most important for Jennifer to provide excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. She has sold homes in all price ranges: from starter homes and high-dollar estate properties to condominiums, ranch and investment properties.

 

Jennifer strives to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free. Her clients appreciate her patience, flexibility, low-pressure sales, keen negotiating and analytical skills, and ability to listen and really hear a client’s wishes to achieve the best outcome in every transaction.

 

After moving to Danville, California, with her husband, son, and two dogs, Sunny and Prince, Jennifer is excited to reenter the real estate industry. Inspired to improve herself on a personal as well as a professional level, she mobilizes her passion for animal welfare by donating to many such organizations, including Guiding Eyes for the Blind, SPCA International, the ASPCA, the Humane Society, and the World Wildlife Fund, to name a few. Jennifer enjoys international travel, aerobic walking, crafting, cooking, and baking.
